Petition of the police juries of the Florida Parishes of Louisiana to the U.S. Congress asserting their rights to the property interests of the area by claiming to be the inheritors of the domain of the defunct State of West Florida briefly established in 1810. It is signed by Henry Skipwith, agent and attorney in fact for the Florida Parishes.
